3. Appointments & Scheduling

Submitting a request through our online scheduler, contact form, or phone does not guarantee a specific appointment time until confirmed by our team. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline appointments due to shop capacity, parts availability, or other operational reasons. Please arrive on time for scheduled appointments. Repeated no-shows may affect future scheduling priority.

4. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection.

• Additional issues discovered during service may require a revised estimate, which we will communicate before performing additional work.

• We provide a clear, itemized estimate before beginning any repair. No work beyond the approved estimate will be performed without your authorization.

• Prices are subject to change without notice and may vary based on vehicle make, model, and the scope of repair needed.

5. Service Authorization

By approving an estimate (verbally, in writing, or electronically), you authorize Rojas Auto Solutions to perform the described work. You are responsible for full payment upon completion of services unless other arrangements (such as approved financing) have been made in advance.

6. Vehicle Drop-Off & Pickup

Vehicles left on our premises outside of business hours are left at the owner’s risk unless otherwise arranged.

• We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles.

• Vehicles not picked up within a reasonable time after service completion may be subject to storage fees, in accordance with New Mexico law.

7. Warranty on Repairs

Warranty coverage varies by service and parts used. Specific warranty terms will be provided with your invoice or upon request. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or unrelated mechanical issues that arise after the original repair.

8. CARFAX Service History Reporting

Eligible services performed at Rojas Auto Solutions may be reported to CARFAX. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to this reporting where applicable. We are not responsible for how third parties, including CARFAX, use or display this information once submitted.

9. Financing Applications

If you submit a financing application through our site or in-shop, your information will be shared with the relevant third-party financing partner to process your application. Approval, terms, and conditions of financing are determined solely by the financing partner, not by Rojas Auto Solutions. 10. Limitation of Liability
