  • You're the first voice and face our customers experience. You translate between the shop and the driver, clearly, honestly, and confidently. This role is about trust, communication, and keeping things moving.

    ✓ Strong communication & customer service skills

    ✓ Organized, detail-oriented, calm under pressure

    ✓ Auto repair knowledge a plus — not required

    ✓ Experience with scheduling or service software helpful
